A Very Sad Story For Visharamis With Our Character!

I came to know from a father, how disgusted he was with his son. Being active in FB, I was watching the trends and also track the memes of "Puli", the Vijay starrer Tamil movie. Being in visharami atmosphere, the stories told by my friends happened to be something weird about their 4am show and experiences which is something annoying.

The son of this khandani father asked him to get him woken-up early morning so that he could enjoy the 4am show "puli"and that too taking leave from his work (loss of pay? Tomorrow is a Gandhi Jaynthi Holiday)………........this is the situation of the upcoming generating of visharamis.......ashamed to share this what the upcoming generation is giving to society whereas how other societies treats us in great esteem! This is the sign of losing family values, knowledge and respect to be role models to our society, if we don’t guard the character of our upcoming generation.

Online Forex Trading Banned in India for Individuals

Online Forex Trading Banned in India for Individuals
Dear folks, I got a registered mail document from HDFC Bank on Saturday the 5th of 2013 clearly addressed to me that the bank regularly monitors all the credit cards and online banking transactions and on one such instance, it had observed online foreign exchange transactions from my card.
The bank stated that under the purview of FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act), the intended to bring to my notice the following instructions as issued by the Reserve Bank of India vide its circular dated September 17, 2013.
1.       Remittance in any form towards overseas foreign exchange trading (including through electronic / internet trading portals or by use of credit / debit cards) is strictly prohibited and accordingly, the customers are cautioned not to remit or deposit money or utilize credit / debit card for such transactions.
2.       Further, any person resident in India collecting and effecting/remitting such payments directly/indirectly outside India would make himself/herself liable to be proceeded against with for contravention of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999 besides being liable for violation of regulations relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms/Anti Money Laundering (AML) standards.
3.       Banks are required to report such prohibited overseas foreign exchange trading transactions on credit / debit cards to the Reserve Bank of India.
With above points, it is the best to refrain from doing any online forex trading transactions directly / indirectly. Still, I’m worried about how to get back my little deposited money from forex trader!

Talent Grooming, Skill Training, Activity Development Program

Dear friends, satisfaction comes in different was to different mindset, my current goal is to start a Skill Training and Activity Development Center in my native for students who come from poor background from surrounding villages and who cannot offer or get access to make themselves with talent and skills as demanded by industry market as of today. I had been worked as lecturer in an Engineering College in my small town and have come to know about what stops the students to upgrade their skills apart from what the institution has taught to them.

I used to gives tips and trainings to students on how to develop skills while studying in college itself and get pocket money or make themselves to pay their tuition fees. I have trained many students to earn online from blogging which develops their English and also brings updates of their fields of interest to website developments, etc. Currently, I have sponsored a computer, printer with my business internet connection to a few students.

For the past many months, I’m getting requests from many students who want to learn and earn and who do not have computer access or internet. I want to assist them by to train and develop their skills by moving to a larger space and adding four computers. I’m aiming to raise $2800 to bring the facility and computers and ask of you friends to chip in at any level as you feel comfortable to propel this positive work and help build this as collective effort for this project.

I promote Time & Talent to help students’ community: http://goo.gl/uzUQK Please, share this with your social media page.

Forex Trading Explanation - Halal or Haram?

A comment from a brother Abdul in the belo article link:

Islamic law prohibits charging interest when you lend money. But it is all right to borrow money (without paying any interest) and use them to run your business. And this is exactly what leverage in forex does. Yes, you have to repay the borrowed money back to the forex broker even if your trade is not profitable. But you would do the same if you were a barber and took a loan from a bank or from your uncle. Leverage is not against Islam!

And spread is not against Islam either. You pay few pips as a transaction fee. You always pay transaction fees when you are moving money (or goods) around. This is all right.

The only thing that it against Islam is rollover interest. But you can avoid it if you use a forex broker with a swap-free account. The article is right in this regard.

Police Vandalism Has Brought More Damage To The People Of Visharam Than What The Hooligans Have Done To The TNEB Office

Everyone knows that the building where TNEB office is located is owned by local Jam ’at and every one of Visharam deeply respect Jam’ at and its property. It is sad that some hooligans have set fire to the TNEB office, its computing system and all government records located in that building. They have brought extensive damage to the property owned by Jam’ at and very shame to all the natives of Visharam. They should be brought to justice for their wrong doings.
On the other side at the same time, the police……..the so called “Men in Khaki” are meant to protect the life and property of the citizens. They have taken advantage of the hooligans act and have brought more damages then the TNEB office. The police have vandalized all the vehicles standing near the houses whose owner were inside their homes. There is no whereabouts of the hooligans, but the “Men in Khaki” rather than catching them has wrecked all the vehicles which were parked on the streets and have smashed the doors and windows of the houses.
The peace loving people were totally panicked with the act committed by the police. They were so much scared by watching the wreckage done by police that they were not able to come out to stop or speak to the police.  The total damages may go higher than what is caused to TNEB office by the hooligans. On one side, it’s sad to say that many innocents were arrested and beaten black and blue in police custody, on the other side the people who watched helpless to protect their vehicle is still helpless to go and make complaint in the local police station. Being a proud citizen of Republic of India, it is shame to say that rather than dreaming big of us, we will suffer more from imaginations than from reality with that act done by Tamil Nadu Police.

Riots and Damages in the Land of Peace

Infact, it is for the second time a riot has happened in Visharam, but for me and to much of my generation of people, this will be the first time to see the how riot happens. The real cause is 16 hours power cut in Visharam and all the Tamil Nadu, except Chennai.

I was very much enjoying my pleasant life in Chennai when I received a call from my home to take care of myself. That moment I thought something is happening in Chennai. But the news is from my native, I was shocked that some “pudupet guys” set ablaze our local TNEB office complex and destroyed all the files, tables and whatever kept in office. Local police came to diffuse the situation, it was out of control.

Riot police service were called and the police were yelling on the gathered public to go home and be out of the scene. None of the people moved, but more damages were brought to police vehicles, Wifi transmissions, fire service vehicles. By around 11pm lathi charge was pressed to action. Our local people would have come to know what will be the consequences when arrested in rioting scene.

Unfortunately many of my innocent friends were arrested, beaten black and blue. It is bad to tell that the real people involved in the act have escaped and the police arrested innocent people of many families. No bail and no help from any leaders and the arrested were struggling without food in jails.

Alas, they all will be missing this Bakrid festival and will be in compulsory remand for 14 days. Those who did escaped as of now, but they deserve punishment and should be brought to justice!
