Global technology major Apple tops the Forbes list of the world’s most valuable brands ahead of giants Microsoft and Coca Cola. The Forbes top 50 list is dominated by 32 Us firms. The top nine brands in the list were from the United States.

How to change residence address/location for a Patent Agent in Patent Agent Registry

What one has to do in case if a Patent Agent wished to change his/her address to different location? The best procedure is to write a request for a change of address / location to the Patent Office. I heared from the other source that persons who wants to change their address / location need to write application in A4 to the Controller requesting to change the address in the register of patent agents. Also, a demand draft worth of Rs. 200/= should be added with your application. But, as per Indian Patent Act there has no such references to change address.

It will be good, if the Patent Office brings an online solution for change of address option for Indian Patent Agents.
