Best service to the best satisfaction to their customers!

World have changed a lot with lot of electronic gadgets which has become very essential part of our daily activities. Running between home and office, friends to virtual networks of the unseen, it brings or helps to be in touch with all. I’m talking of the basic requirements like mobile phones, flash drives, etc.

I used to have BenQ M300 mobile phone, gifted by my brother. It was my first mobile handset and used to handle with utmost care. After a long use, it got problems and I tried with the local shop as BenQ services are not available around my native. I got the idea to seek help from BenQ and wrote mail to their Gurgoan Office.

I got a kind and prompt response and the whole process was handled very smoothly. Anyhow, due to unfavorable atmosphere (Mumbai attacks) of that time my phone was returned by the Postal Service for not reaching the destination. My sincere thanks to Ms. Sandhya Pratap Singh, BenQ India, for smoothly handling almost some 30 mail/phone queries.

This made a second thought for my flash drive. My 4GB iball flash drive was not working and it always says there is no disk when inserted to my computer. Since, I had purchased it in Bangalore, I wanted to dump it rather than going to that electronic shop for getting it repaired. The services of Ms. Sandhay made me to think again to locate iball site and from there I got Chennai service centre which is near to my native.

I contacted with the mail and heared response from Mr. Suryakant Dokania, iBall-Chennai. The response was We are very sorry for the problem in our product. You can bring the defective product to our service centre & we will do the needful here. The address is as below”. The process took just a few mail queries to get my pen drive in working condition. He saved me from dumping my pen drive, else it would have cost me another 750 bucks.

Mr. Suryakant Dokania and Ms. Sandhya Pratap Singh is really a person to understand the needs of the customers who are unable to explain their technical problems for which they are facing with products. Hope, their service continues to others who have never come across to understand how to make their gadgets work rather than making e-hazards. Also, really then name BenQ, iball works, that’s why it is called brands! My favorite brands!!
