The traditional dignity!

I’m not supposed to comment on this, but some times I’m inclined to our Indian tradition or gup-shups. It is not good to talk about a woman in public or media but my point of view is different. It is about the 81^st Oscar Academy award in which A.R. Rahman became the darling of the world, not only creating history of India but stunned the entire world by bagging two Oscars at a go - a feat repeated by no other on the same day.

That’s good to greet him on his achievement apart from my personal religious back ground. On the other hand, comes the above discussion about the lady none other than Mr.s Saira Rahman. I never came across or seen her even in photos or magazines before this awards and normally she avoids to come in public……..the eye catching point is that her simple traditional dress in the glamorous western world which had won the attention of millions of heart and people like me being a muslim admire her of wearing her dupatta on her head. I see a lot of Indian celebrities in general and muslim business women or muslim celebrities particularly go glamour by neglecting our traditional values. May be; let’s see Saira be the eye opener to our celebs who wear western attire while going on western stage.

I am so happy that someone stayed in with there traditions and culture. I am very proud of SDM but Freido could have won an amazing from a Indian designer who could have made an unbelievable outfit for her to walk down the red carpet in. I am very proud that Saira wore her own traditional eastern outfit. Which is so beautiful.

We are proud of you being a true Indian woman. People who forget their culture, mother language, and soil where they are born… are just commodity nothing more than that. Other indian celebrities…/Hindi actor/Hindi actress should learn something who feel shame by speaking hindi or wearing Indian dresses. But they earn their money from Hindi films. Personality comes from somebody’s ideas, confidence, knowledge not by showing nudity.
