What one has to do in case if a Patent Agent wished to change his/her address to different location? The best procedure is to write a request for a change of address / location to the Patent Office. I heared from the other source that persons who wants to change their address / location need to write application in A4 to the Controller requesting to change the address in the register of patent agents. Also, a demand draft worth of Rs. 200/= should be added with your application. But, as per Indian Patent Act there has no such references to change address.
It will be good, if the Patent Office brings an online solution for change of address option for Indian Patent Agents.

Nikahs ie marriages in a typical Muslim society in Tamil Nadu has always been more than a ritual. The ambience, the spectacle, the revered silence maintained by the huge gatherings in the Mosques, the recital of the quranic verses etc. etc make the wedding experience unique and unforgettable.
When the Imam or Qazi asks the bride-groom 'Kya Aapne Qubool kya?' the bride-groom mutters his consent and signs in the register in the Mosque itself. It is the most defining moment of one's life. That is the moment when you take a new entrant in your life as your life-mate and soul-mate for the rest of your life.
In fact, ask any Muslim, he will remember distinctly his moment- the moment when he uttered those words : "Haan Main ne qabool kya"
A new law promulgated by the Tamil Nadu Government is all set to rob away the niceties of the ceremony. Instead of pious, heavenly Imam Sahib of your Mosque you may have to answer the queries of a government servant, in this case Sub-registrar. Compare the ambience of the Mosque with that of a government building.
The Tamil Nadu Government has come out with a new law Registration of Marriages Act 2009 of Tamil Nadu. It has been enforced in Tamil Nadu from 24th November, 2009. The intention of the government is laudable. But, the Muslim community is perplexed. While on one hand it views and perceives the DMK Government as friendly one. On the other hand doubts are being raised over certain provisions of the aforesaid law. There is also fear of Uniform civil code looming large over the community.
It should be noted that there is time-tested, successful, and age old tradition of registering each and every marriages solemnized in the Mosques in vogue in Tamil Nadu.
Amidst this scenario, a large number of Muslim Ulema, Muthawallis and social activists, in a joint meeting held at Vellore on January 14, rejected the newly enacted Registration of Marriages Act 2009 of Tamil Nadu. V. M. Khaleelur Rahman, a freelance journalist and blogger has given a detailed report of this meeting in his blog. Excerpts from his report: Click here
After finishing my office tasks, I was commuting to my room by regular local train. That day I noticed that the train had additional cars making the train size lengthier than the platform. The last two cars will stop behind end of the platform. I noticed a man struggling to crawl from the last car and was heading towards my car which was ahead of last two cars. It was little dark and I landed inside my car not seeing what that person was doing. The train moved a little further and stopped to put the last two cars to the platform.
I saw the man from the window seat struggling to look for entry to get in the train and he managed to get inside before the train moved from that station. I saw him; he was blind wearing a dirty cloth and selling wrapped toffees.
I felt very bad about him struggling a lot to sell the toffees with his visual disability. I was deeply touched with his struggle to get into my car and arranging his toffee bags and his guide stick. I thought for a while to how to help him to give little comfort to him. He was moving from my last seat to the opposite side and saying "buy toffee for Re. 5".
Still, I was wondering what to do help him by the way he was turning towards the back side where my seat is located. He again approached my side that moment I decided to help him with some money. I offered him 50 bucks to keep with him saying no to toffee. He replied very politely, sir, I don't accept this…..sir I sell toffee….if you're interested you can have toffee or you take back your money.
His polite reply made me to think what I or others would have done if we happened to be in his position with disabilities. Really, he was not begging for money but was selling his product with lot of struggle and hardship to earn a small amount and everybody know very few people will buy while they are commuting a short distance.
He was very honest and attached to his principle not to beg or get moneys from others. If everybody have good principles, we would have a far better standards of life than those who always admire other countries having corrupt minds. Hope, this makes sense to people not to eye on others money while everyone have sufficient resource to survive their living. Really, this poor blind man's soft action worth a moral value for greedy people who grab others money for their living……especially the government servants!
I'm happy to share my joyous moment with my fellow bloggers and friends that I'm blessed with a baby boy. He was born on November 20, 2009 at my native Apollo KH Hospital. My whole of the family expected a male child to be born and his name should be my dad's name. Allhamdulillah, Allah S/t answered all our prayers and wishes and blessed us a baby boy.
As decided, he will be called Muhammad Usman, the fourth of our Malack family. Still, I didn't see him and it will take me another 3 weeks to make exit from the lovely Dearborn. Heared that he looks exactly like me…..alas….I should have seen him the day he was born! ….and it will be too late to see him when I will be back in town in the mid of December 2010.
As a proud first time dad, I pray and wish a very pious and peaceful life to the first male child of our next generation…..loving you son! May allah be pleased with him and expect all my well wishers and fellow bloggers to wish my little heart.
